Remote Reiki Energy Healing Session

Service Description

WHAT IT IS: A 1-hour Reiki session, which is a full emotional body realignment and clean slate kickstarter! This energy healing session is intended as a journey through your body on a spiritual/emotional level. I will balance your chakras and systems and help break through any stagnant energy or blocks. I often receive intuitive messages and see images while performing the energy healing, which I will pass along in a short recording following the session. HOW IT IS DONE: 1. At the time of our session, I ask that you lay down in a quiet space. I will send a link to soothing Solfeggio rhythms to listen to (preferably with earbuds/headset) during the session. This is for you to relax and open. 2. Independently and with the help of my Spirit team and connection to Reiki source energy, I go deep into a trancelike meditative state and begin tapping into your energy. 3. Over the course of the next hour, I will perform a full body energy healing. This is not painful, but you may experience sensations and some have visions, if you are open. 4. After the hour, you may get up and go about your day. However, it is essential that you remain hydrated prior to the session and following the session. You may feel extremely calm and even tired. If your body is telling you to rest, please listen. 5. Within 24 hours, you will receive a post-session recorded recap, where I explain what I felt and what I saw.
